I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, we upgraded to a much bigger and newly renovated room, which was a lot nicer than our previous suite room. However, our first room had its window obstructed by a giant billboard, and the shower facilities were not exceptional.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was excellent, right in the heart of a bustling commercial area in Manila, making it very strategic. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs.
